The Consignment Cottage Warehouse is located in Newland, North Carolina.  The Consignment Cottage Warehouse is filled with elegant furniture, furnishings and home decor from typically estate sales and when people in the community change furniture in their homes, they don’t want to give some of their elegant pieces away.

We tend to place items in our warehouse at about 50 cents on the dollar from what you would find new.

This is NOT a thrift shop.  You will find elegant and luxurious furniture, furnishings and home décor.
